The pandemic has changed the way of life of many people, towards the search for new places to live or for new types of sociality. Due to the pandemic, there have been some changes in the sale of real estate property in Bangalore.

Trends in the post-pandemic real estate market were analyzed in order to understand the impacts the pandemic has had to date.
Graph 1.a: Number of inquiries before Covid 19

Interpretation: Graph 1.a analysis shows that the number of inquiries before Covid 19 was around 50-70 inquiries in a month.
Graph 1.b: Number of inquiries after Covid 19

Interpretation: Graph 1.b analysis shows that the number of inquiries after Covid 19 was around 50-55 inquiries in a month. After Covid 19, inquiries were more about moving into apartments instead of paying rent.

Interpretation: Graph 2.a analysis shows that the sales ratio before Covid 19 was around 6-10 per month.

Interpretation: Graph 2.b analysis shows that the sales ratio increases up to 15-20 per month even the number of inquiries were less.

Interpretation: After Covid 19, people are ready to move into apartments and choose to pay EMI instead of paying rent.
